Bear in mind this page reflects the Arkhosian beliefs and may contradict views belonging to other pantheons.

The Seven Gold Wyrms are the sworn mortal agents of Bahamut. Their order was created shortly after the Dawn War ended, when the Primal Spirits forbid the Supernals and Primordials from entering the mortal realm. Each member of the order is an ancient gold dragon, putting them on par with the most powerful mortals. While powerful, only one member of the original seven still lives and the majority have been members for less than two thousand years, though all are over two thousand years old.

The order’s number and titles have been passed down from its original members. While the order does not theoretically limit itself to only seven, only gold dragons, or only ancient dragons, these have become the understood requirements of the order.
